The Meetings, Events and Communications division of Grass Roots is delighted to announce two promotions: Ainsley Procter to Group Operations Manager in Grass Roots France and Amanda Johnston to Group Operations Manager in the UK.

The events team of Grass Roots France now comes under the leadership of Nick Bender, Grass Roots' Head of Global Events and Ainsley Procter, formerly Group Operations Manager in the Marlow office, has moved to head up the Paris office on a daily basis although she will regularly spend time in the UK. She will report to Debbie Donaldson, Global Development Director.

Nick Bender comments: "Ainsley has been part of Grass Roots for 13 years and her extensive operational management experience made her a natural fit for the new role. One of our largest Healthcare accounts has its head office in Paris so the move also facilitates an additional role as Global Account Director for this key client."

Amanda Johnston, formerly Group Project Manager, will take on the role of Group Operations Manager and report to Operations Director Karen Giles. Amanda has worked for Grass Roots for 11 years. Nick continues: "Amanda's management of one of our largest client teams in the last 12 months and her invaluable input into several key new business wins have not only demonstrated her commitment to both client and team members, but will also ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities and client relationships".

Xavier Coq remains Managing Director of Grass Roots France and the business will continue to also focus on Education, Measurement and Rewards.
